| Coolidge was amazing, a very different experience. The environment was encouraging, and I feel like thrived at Coolidge. I enjoyed being able to make new friends. I made some long lasting friendships there.I feel like I thrived and flourished at Coolidge. I was able to test for a special program. I feel that I would not have been able to do that without Coolidge. They identified that I was gifted and a high performing student and that I would excel in that program.I can't remember a bad experience, I just enjoyed the entire time. It was just a great school and a great environment.The closing was unfortunate, but it aligned with the climate of the city. Not the first time that I have heard of this happening, glad that it's not being torn down but it's unfortunate that there was not enough kids to keep it open as a school. |
